We are currently seeking E-commerce Application Administrator to join our team in Poland. Our office is located in Warsaw, but you can work remotely from any other city in Poland. If you are interested in the card business industry, this is a great opportunity to work with the largest processing center in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

 Your responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for e-commerce services

Your skills:

• IT experience: The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in information technology, particularly in e-commerce administration or similar systems
• Knowledge of operating systems: The candidate must have a deep understanding of the Linux operating system, including command line usage, file systems, user and group administration, software installation and configuration
• Experience in Apache Tomcat or Apache Tomee administration: The candidate should have practical experience managing and supporting application servers based on Apache Tomcat or Apache Tomee. This includes installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of these servers
• Knowledge of network protocols: The candidate should have an understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS. It is important to be able to troubleshoot network connections and diagnose communication issues
• Database knowledge: The candidate should have basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL. It is important to be able to create and execute SQL queries and procedures
• Experience in scripting with Bash and Python
• Experience working with Ansible
• Knowledge of modern collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Problem-solving skills: The candidate should have the ability to identify and resolve issues in e-commerce and related systems. The ability to work in stressful situations and respond quickly to problems is important
• Communication skills: The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members, clients, and suppliers
• Fluency in Ukrainian – mandatory
• English - Intermediate

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of international standards such as PCI DSS, PCI 3DS
• Knowledge of payment technologies and e-commerce
• Experience in developing and writing regulatory documents
