Online interview

Systems management is changing dynamically due to the specificity of the clothing industry and the spread of the business structure and network infrastructure on many continents, mostly North America, Europe, Asia with their own server rooms along with some hybrid Azure cloud solutions.


Duties:

  • Creation and update technical and design documentation for Service Desk and Administrators
  • Care of Infrastructure monitoring
  • Presentation of technical designs, solutions, implementation plans and improvements
  • CMDB Inventory of hardware
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Upgrade/Update Windows systems
  • Active Directory Management
  • File and Print Services Management
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime

 

Required skills:

  • Experience of similar position minimum 3-4 years
  • Experience of the hybrid infrastructure based on Windows Server technologies
  • Experience with tools for infrastructure monitoring
  • Communicative and Creative
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of Azure environment
  • Knowledge of Virtualization
  • Fluent English written and spoken language (C1)
  • Flexible hours are required
  • Knowledge of VMware (additional advantage)
  • Ability to create PowerShell scripts (additional advantage)
  • Storage Management (additional advantage)
